having transformed
- u/ {/ k# s7 | ~6 O; }sunshine and soil and water and seed,
+ k/ ~) y0 K2 P; ?# {6 sinto food upon which we are soon to feed,
2 F1 Z- ]. H# \: Y0 Twe thank you for life and we want to stay well,
2 L+ V: Q% L, h- ]- bso we promise to rub our hands with Purell.
: H( c( i. u5 r. P# u+ a& o/ J& s& Q" _We who came first and are ready to dine
+ K5 n. f8 u& {. dthank you that we’re not still waiting in line, ' |' K( Y* y* P5 \. T
but for those who are hungry and eagerly wait, % u I( U# W, ]) R1 j7 _2 E( e
we shall not be greedy and heap up our plate.

the way we were taught by our own loving mothers.

I" z3 v& u5 r" JWe smell the potatoes all spicy and roasted
