Guidelines for Category Level:
+ G1 m% c( p& J! \, [A Players excel in one of the four sports and compete

and play regularly

+ O! q" z) d, I* k5 h# r8 S+ X4 Q: d: z• Matches consist of 4 games – one in each discipline as

# n* M& S5 b5 @& c2 T! ?8 N$ n8 M• Games are to 21 with a margin of 2 using rally point scoring

(every point counts).

• Scores are cumulative; the winner has the highest score after
W" |4 X _7 t8 hall 4 games played. In the event of a tie after all 4 games, 1
- s# u+ S& z( w4 Q# z# ntennis point determines the winner.
7 m& @' N: z, Y* b( j8 g9 ]• Players alternate serve every 2 points. A toss of the coin
( f1 n4 @+ F7 v+ T; B' J/ o
determines who serves first in table tennis, and then
' a$ _" B3 m7 F/ valternates for each discipline.
