本来准备用软件填表，然后用NETFILE 提交到CRA的
今天突然发现 NETFILE 的restriction 里有这么一条：
The following is a list of specific situations that prevent you from filing a tax return through the NETFILE service:
Your social insurance number or individual tax number (ITN) begins with with zero-nine (09).
想请专业人士解惑一下，这条限制条件适用于我吗？
不知道这个“begins with with zero-nine (09)” 就是指我这类9XX XXX XXX人士？ 还是SIN/ITN 有09X XXX XXX的？
Removal of the exclusion for Newcomers
Starting in February, 2014 , newcomers to Canada can take advantage of our electronic filing options. The taxpayer must have a date of entry into Canada during the tax year they are filing for. In addition, they must have one of the following in order to file their return electronically:
a valid social insurance number (SIN);
a temporary social insurance number starting with a 9; or
