CREATIVELY UNITED FOR THE PLANT是一个纯公益的民间环保组织，创办人FRANCE LITMAN女士是一位本土很有名的摄影艺术家，她每年4月在维多利亚岛举办大规模嘉年华活动，去年更是在2天活动中吸引了近7000人参与现场活动，已成为北美最大规模的环保嘉年华活动。整个活动会包括各种广场表演、以环保为主题的艺术展览、环保论坛、时装发布会、低碳环保食物、产品现场展示买卖、环保创意，全力宣传环保理念、方法等，现在该活动已成长为岛民的狂欢节，各大媒体都大篇幅报道。( G$ k, r* m5 O1 v
筹办活动及实施全部由各行各业的志愿者完成，LITMAN女士非常欢迎明年华人群体愿意参与到这项活动中，与大社区同欢，并能带来华人表演、创意、美食，展览、作品、产品等。$ H9 Q% a9 z* i4 j
/ ~. O$ r4 ?9 R: H0 A+ ^- Q' A0 G% Q
现在志愿者委员会已开始筹备，有兴趣以各种形式参与到此活动中的朋友请与我联系，包括志愿者，才艺表演，环保产品或创意，哪怕展示居家手艺现场卖饺子都将受到欢迎～～

志愿者目前任务：6 f' b6 i5 i# L* A- w$ a
1、翻译和策划设计部分宣传海报、印刷单张、网站 中文部分7 b! j* z4 [/ q4 [
2、策划组织华人参与部分的活动形式、邀请华人团体及个人以各种形式参与活动并做好与筹委会各部门衔接(会说中文即可呵呵)
/ _4 f( u/ F: S# z& c' k5 ?
+ n! T' }- v) X: j, K! U  m志愿者可能的回报：
& f8 P2 e- \7 t+ n1、认识更多各行业如艺术家、社区其他团体、各领域志愿者的机会；
9 v' n! V9 n! ~# C- d2、学英语交流的机会；+ G; w5 x' C- W8 G  g2 P* W
3、了解环保理念进展的机会；
/ `% F+ B! {! n' _$ e4、融入社会的机会6 Z. |# e5 g8 x+ S  d1 o, u4 u2 b
5、为社会和环境做有意义的事的成就感# C; p" e0 F( _! [- r1 V

/ v: ?3 T( u  K. C  @4 SPlease bring a strong flash-light with fresh batteries...we will be "illuminating" our float by hand.  I will provide coloured covers to attach so we might achieve a light effect (think stage lights) dress warm underneath...think festive

/ S8 C: e# @7 u" YThis is a fun, family oriented activity so... bring your kids! (children under 6 yearsold must be in a stroller).

If we are lucky enough to have more than 30 walkers - we can (stand in front of the coffee shop other side of the gates at China Town) or down near the end of the parade route... walk with us the last couple of blocks and/or just hang out with other folks and make some new friends interested in Creatively United for the Planet.5 C) Y; M* V& }' y# ~& p

很开心在这个论坛得到了朋友们的支持，现在我们已有4位华人志愿者，还邀请了代表我们华人水平的表演团体在大社区嘉年华活动上去展示我们华人的风采,以及华人学生的环保主题创意展览、华人美味食品展览等～
