Summer Assistant China-Canada Collaboration on Sustainable Community Development
Summer student will work with Harmony Foundation partners on research, planning, implementation and follow-up in order to determine how to more effectively build and expand mutually beneficial relationships between Canada and China in public education, local governance and sustainable community development which includes youth, seniors and people from all walks of life. Emphasis on participatory governance and environmentally and socially sustainable development.
excellent computer skills- word, power point/keynote, publisher, Excel
strong translation skills, fluent in Mandarin and English
good writing skills, Mandarin and English
Knowledge of international cooperation and sustainable development
must be eligible to work in Canada under HRDC summer employment guidelines
good knowledge of China
prefer own transportation
