Quadra上的Fairway有海参，$6.99/袋，在冷冻区，我一直从那里买。
至于燕窝，你可以问他们。

the dried sea cucumber I use is 450CAD per 500g~(2800 RMB/ 500g)
I saw dried see cucumber is YaoHan center...only 100Cad/LB, but I can easily tell the quality between those two.

guess it depends on wut you want and how much you know about it. Otherwise u may get tricked easily.

燕窝，海参这些东西，当然是去温哥华买啦，维多利亚你是绝对买不到好的，本来就是高价货，当然要买好品质的啦。建议你到温哥华的唐人街去转转，如果到一般的shopping mall里的参茸药材店，价格离谱，而且不见得你就百分白能买到好货色。最好有机会到香港去进货。
