个人支持逐步采取一些措施，因为很多沙滩被破坏的不行，包括我家附近的Gyro Park的沙滩，每次去，看到稍加过滤的污水哗哗流进海滩，就不舒服。对于现在的计划，也许不完美，大家应该一起努力。也许有更好的方法。我想，科学家不能只站在反对的角度，更应帮助提出好的方法。
