Guidelines for Category Level:
% ^. `8 v" q- ]" m- F! H: x+ vA Players excel in one of the four sports and compete
9 P+ h( V3 b8 E: Z/ vat the provincial level
5 b* `& y5 N+ P. u1 ]B Players train in at least one of the four sports

and play regularly

C Players play at a recreational level and haven’t competed

Tournament Format:

• Matches consist of 4 games – one in each discipline as
' d! d/ i$ o! r, f8 |follows: Table Tennis, Badminton, Squash, Tennis

• Games are to 21 with a margin of 2 using rally point scoring
3 o) y4 c' `7 F. {. V) [(every point counts).
) w. M0 B) _8 b4 A* _• Scores are cumulative; the winner has the highest score after
0 {6 @2 N! @- b& z$ nall 4 games played. In the event of a tie after all 4 games, 1
+ B; i \/ `5 Z; ^, W/ d
tennis point determines the winner.
F$ I9 L& z5 ]; `- j4 Z8 Y• Players alternate serve every 2 points. A toss of the coin
0 `4 S! c1 {" I( c
determines who serves first in table tennis, and then
7 t) l4 h$ `0 h* a t* D0 k2 x galternates for each discipline.
