Lord, 2 w- G3 N0 `1 o+ i( }2 l
having transformed- i) K) S7 G9 f, d2 v
sunshine and soil and water and seed,
9 y, P; ^7 V+ n" b( c) T" D% V( kinto food upon which we are soon to feed, 6 S' Z) N. `5 D
we thank you for life and we want to stay well, : `. g$ q9 X" k8 _- \4 X+ n
so we promise to rub our hands with Purell.6 v% \9 P8 g ?8 ~/ h7 @
We who came first and are ready to dine; I2 Z* s0 R! h% U, B J% u
thank you that we’re not still waiting in line, : U8 W7 z# b h: X* ?
but for those who are hungry and eagerly wait, * ^/ [6 t4 d; E8 K
we shall not be greedy and heap up our plate.: U8 p' Z8 r. }- T j
Instead we’ll be thoughtful of all the others

We smell the potatoes all spicy and roasted 5 S/ e) V* N2 m1 l. q0 H/ I1 Z
the aroma of casseroles perfectly toasted

and thanks for all blessings in body and mind,
