Guidelines for Category Level:
9 ~6 e' K) R. z/ fA Players excel in one of the four sports and compete

at the provincial level

B Players train in at least one of the four sports

and play regularly

C Players play at a recreational level and haven’t competed

Tournament Format:
2 ?9 ]; e* y6 X$ a w" d: n- ~• Matches consist of 4 games – one in each discipline as
0 p p c3 r, v( H$ j I* ]! }follows: Table Tennis, Badminton, Squash, Tennis

• Games are to 21 with a margin of 2 using rally point scoring
/ \% t5 x8 c& h' T
(every point counts).

• Scores are cumulative; the winner has the highest score after
+ A" a; ]* ^& u' L! iall 4 games played. In the event of a tie after all 4 games, 1
& o3 v/ r7 v. h/ _
tennis point determines the winner.
0 o( z' b' X& i0 U% `4 b3 r3 N+ R• Players alternate serve every 2 points. A toss of the coin
, x" |( s* c8 M( t& K% \1 }3 c8 ]
determines who serves first in table tennis, and then

alternates for each discipline.
