我在NZ念的时Telecommunication,是电脑网络通信,课程设置挺有点杂乱的,Programming,Networking,硬件,数学物理都涵盖了,弄得我很郁闷,哎...

想请问要是我想去加拿大读电脑类专业的话,前辈们有没有选大学和专业的经验?那间大学有优势?

另外,其实本人心里面有点想去Victoria大学读CS的Master,因为看到评价说维大的综合评分不错的,同时我也发现加拿大不同大学的Comp Sci Master的学费差别挺大的,因为还在花爸妈的血汗钱,所以我很想确认一下,维大的CS Master学费每年是大概6000加币么?

你好,我是在网站上看到这个所以才算出来那个大概6000的数目的,而且从Domestic和International Tuition比较看出好像Uvic对International Students的额外收费不是很大,但是不肯定是不是在别的方面要多交钱,只是Calendar上面好像没有提及,下面是摘自Uvic的2007-08 Calendar 里面关于Domestic 和 International Tuition的详细:

另外我在NZ读的是Honours Bacheor,成绩还不错的,拿了1st class,只是不知道有没有用.其实我从Uvic的Comp Sci Dept网页上面也大概看出来Uvic好像CS方面不怎么样,只是想到在别的大学上面看到那些学费就感到有点害怕,毕竟自己到现在还是无产阶级...

谢谢版主,我也打算要是能申请到那边的大学的话,就继续打工赚钱了,平时每周20小时,然后假期不回国的话,估计够帮补很多学费和生活费了,反正也就两年时间.

要是不介意的话,我只想知道你朋友在Ottawa读研大概每年学费多少就可以了,其实自己对好点的大学还是有点向往的,听听也好,哈哈.
申请助教估计成绩要很好的,估计这就扯不上我了.
