Ground level suite has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 huge kitchen with full appliances. Private laundry room. Separated entrance from huge back yard.

Close to all major bus routes, 15 mins to downtown. 5 mins to Uvic. Located on quiet street (next to Gordon Head Rd). Looking for no party, no smoking, quiet and responsible tenants. Utility not included. Please email housingvictoria@gmail.com
