Bright, clean 2 bedroom, fully furnished suite (ground level) in Gordon Head to rent to a responsible, quiet, tenant.
I am looking for a tenant who would like a long term rental (at least 1 yr) with the option to extend.
We are close to Uvic, all sorts of shopping (Thrifty's, Tuscany Village, Safeway, Fairways) University Heights, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, banks, Gordon Head Rec Center and bus routes.
You have your own private entrance, kitchen inclued new fridge, stove, microwave, double pane windows throughout, internet, washing machine and dryer and full bath and shower.
All utilities are included.
NO SMOKE, NO PET.
The suite is available May1st
