Great location! very close to university heights (grocery, theatre, banks, reastaurants, etc). half block away from 26 bus direct to UVic. All inclusive (wifi, utility, laundry). Room is furnished with queen size bed, desk, sofa(from February), mirror. You have your own entrance. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with a young family upstairs.
