Big window in bedroom with lots of natural light. Decent size closet. Furnished with double-sized bed, dresser, desk, and bedside tables

Access to large kitchen (with dishwasher), living room , dining room and bathroom shared with one girl and one guy. Big backyard. Laundry is available downstairs.

$ 420 + internet (less than 10 bucks) per month

Great location! 30 seconds walk to 12, 39 and 28 bus routes that will take you to UVic, Camosun Interurban or Downtown. 5 minutes walk to Starbucks, Subway and small market. 5 minutes walk away from Mount Doug and very close to the water. Great for summer!

Available June 1 and available until August 31 with the strong possibility of renewal if desired.
