$450 to $500 for each room or $1250 for whole3-room suite: Furnished rooms in a quiet suite with fenced backyardand separate entrance, which is close to UVic and all conveniences such as busstops, the University Heights Mall, Tim hortons, Victoria public library, public indoor swimmingpool and element/high schools. Includes one parking space, heat/hydro, hotwater and garbage collection

Lookingfor: Quiet, Responsible, Clean, and Non-smoking tenants

Precisions:
1.
the suite includes 3 rooms(either bedroom or living room) plus 1 kitchen and one 4pc bathroom,
2.
the suite is on ground floor(NOT basement or semi-basement), which gives you full access to the privatebackyard,
3.
the kitchen has a washer/dryer,an induction cooker, an electric cooker, a small electric oven, and amicrowave. It also has a range hood, but it does not have a “full” stove.
4.
preference will be given towhole renting or those who are willing to sign a one-year lease or a family.
