Short bus/bike ride to UVic/Camosun, walking distance to downtown and Hillside Mall.
Newly renovated bright room furnished with Queen size bed, desk and chair,desk lamp, book shelf, closet, Television plus baseboard heater.
Shared bathroom, kitchen,living room and laundry, $485/month including all utilities(hydro,heat,hot water,high speed wireless internet and cable TV), parking is available.
No smoking, no pets, no overnight guests please.
A female who is intending to stay long term is preferred.
