Full kitchen and laundry facilities. Recently renovated with new carpet, new paint, living room furniture and book shelves. 3 minutes walk to bus stop #26 directly to UVIC, access to all bus routes to downtown (10 Min. to Downtown) and everywhere. Uptown shopping mall and Wal Mart is across from Street., International students welcome, Owner speaks Mandarin and is from Taiwan, non smoking and no pets please, long term preferred.
