Five minutes walk to bus stop (Route 12, 27, 28 and 29). 12 minutes biking to Uvic. Easy street parking. Rent include utilities, high speed internet with wireless router, washer & dryer. Furnished room with walk-in closet. No smoking, no pets, no loud music, no parties please. Two bright rooms on the second level available now. one is 480/month.
