HOUSE或者APT不限，但是要有独立的出入口，厨房，卫生间。离学校距离车程30分钟内都可以。我们没有PARTY，不抽烟不喝酒。
要求有停车的地，不要路边停车
谢绝地下室
价格范围
600-800/月
Lease不限定方式，当然，有月签的更好。

Hi everyone （From Kijiji).

We are two mature student in Uvic from China. We are looking for 1 bedroom suite for the upcoming school year, started at 26th Aug, 2011. We are clean, responsible and quiet students. No party, no drinking and no smoking. Our price range is from 600 to 800. The off street parking place and the separate entrance are necessary. No basement please.

维多利亚大多数的房子里学校都在30分钟车程以内，30分钟够围着城市转一圈儿了

独立厨房和独立厕所,还有自己门户出入与独立厕所房间的房子 ,离UVIC不近,但也不那么远。都有11  号和26号公车直达大学,无需转车.近超市出入非常方便。请联系我:250-885-8368 .谢谢!
