one nice and bright room for rent for male only . the rent is $450 per month .including utilities and hydro and high speed internet. parking for free .there are a double bed and table in the room . dining room .kitchen .microwave .oven .washroom and washer .dryer.all of them for tenant .there are entrance for tenant. it is convenient to take the bus .the route :27 .28.29.and 12 bus .one minute to walk to bus stop from the house .gordon head area . sorry no smoking ( can smoking outside the house ) no paty .
