house has 5 bathrooms,two kitchens
0.30 acre yard with two apple trees and other fruit trees,gardening area
huge deck at the back,
wireless internet can use any place in the house,yard,,

quiet male students only,non smoker,no pets of any kind , no parties
roommates are Canadian and American male students
each floor have three rooms, total 9 single people live in this 3700 huge house.
