离学校很近，走路10分钟， 2005年全新装修，新冰箱，新stove，与2个男生share （，男生preferred。。。

兩間：
440/月和 480/月包水電，上網，傢具

房东广东人，會讲国语，非常友善

If you live in aug, its fine... landlord is not good at english, therefore he expects long-term tenants.
