I am a single Chinese mom and have a 5 year-old boy who is going to elementary school. I will rent the room from July 27/2009 for long term. My boy and I very  clean, quiet, no pet, no smoke. If you have a one bed room, would you please call Hong at 250-858-0445, or home phone at 250-412-5347.
