5 minutes walk to Uvic, 10 minutes bike to Camosun College(Lawnsdown) . Right on 26/27/39 bus stop to downtown and Camosun College(Inturbun). Furnished bedroom on main floor of the house . There are only 2 rooms on the main floor, you will share bathroom and kitchen with another person. The room is furnished with a bed, chair, desk and wardrobe . You have private entrance. Kitchen, laundry, a TV set, TV cable and high speed internet included. Quiet, clean & tidy person is welcome. No smoking, no pets, no children please.
