We are moving to another province, and we have one banchlor which is leased until 1st Decemeber 2008
So we want to sublease out if we can find some suitable person to sign the subcontract with us

Or somebody want to rent only this month for Feburary , it is also available because we have already paid for the monthly renting fee and we will move out on 7th Feb 2008. The price is $750

The place is in #865 vIEW STREET, NEAR DOWNTOWN, ONLY 5 MINUTES TO DOGALAS STREET,4, 11, 7,14 ETC ALL the traffic buses are very convinent. Interested please contact me at: 2508857808

The apartment is safe, clean, also there is balcony for this banchlor.

The furniture inside is quite nice, I will upload the photoes for it later.

If you want to rent only for this month, you are only be charged $600

There is one Pandora element school located 1002 Pandora ave. , between quandra and cook street. Walk only 10 minutes to arrive

There is chinese public school in the china town, which only take 10 minutes to go there.
