$ F% P+ X# N# C1 C, ^6 L- _, {4 _One night I had a dream
2 U1 M: M$ _( U- Y: GI was walking along the beach with my Lord.* d' Z  J: Y: t! b, Y0 i" |& T2 A
Across the sky flashed scenes from my life.; _0 o: W  R( V: h; l' N
For each scene I noticed two sets of footprints in the sand,( M/ a' U8 I2 H2 o
one belonging to me/ g$ d  g; ]" f) r; i
and the other to my Lord.
  ~  @1 Y3 J) T8 @( I! KWhen the last scene of my life shot before me
) l2 Q/ R2 p  o) b0 EI looked back at the footprints in the sand.
) m. E: }8 d4 O& J. q7 NThere was only on set of footprints.! T( R$ _5 Q* X; ^- M: h: M
I realized that this was at the lowest   A0 f! E  Y3 n( P0 \- |, e( l
and saddest times in my life." v2 G/ k# g( I# [9 S: V  |  K
This always bothered me ; B6 S: }5 i' z9 `; V$ P$ k0 A
and I questioned the Lord- p5 [: H& m5 y# n) N( C! d' R  @
about my dilemma.
7 B1 }+ v/ V8 j# g"Lord, you told me when I decided to follow You,
* w1 h( @  E. F" y; ?5 LYou would walk and talk with me all the way.! h: I) n$ X9 e- w7 i. w
But I'm aware that during the most troublesome 0 J' @( B( G% ]+ o9 A2 l
times of my life there is only one set of footprints.
: p: d$ Z  V" vI don't understand why, when I needed You most, + i6 o% j( ?# Z+ k. A" b9 f
you leave me."+ O. G2 v- o* h8 x& D* w& ~
