Very convenient to bus to Uvic and Downtown. At the top of the road, (less than 5 min walk) is bus #27 and only 10 min is bus #28.
Two bedrooms are available with large common space, living room and kitchen. Private entrance, and large bathroom. Monthly payment for the Largest room is $600, and smallert bedroom $400.
Oil heat/hot water is included but hyro is extra and is on a separate meter. Wi fi is also included. Shared Laundry (washer and drier) is available for one day/week. 2 small sofas and a coffee table can be supplied if needed . NO beds provided for both rooms.
Parking: Off street parking for one car. Extra parking isavailable on the street.
Full use of the garden is included. (note, It is a garden, not a yard, and it is to be respected not abused.
A Gardener is included though tenants are encouraged to grow and cultivate food or flowers as they like.
