Fully furnished room in basement suite. Suite contains 4 rooms, a full kitchen, laundry room, and 1 bathroom. The suite will be shared with 3 other male students, but they will be leaving at the end of August.
Great for UVic students, located right beside bus stop; goes straight to UVic. House is located a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.
Room contains: desk, large wardrobe, chair, bed. Also included is your own personal mini fridge and coffee machine (optional- no additional cost)
Suite contains: high speed internet, laundry, all utilities- including water and heat, furniture for the living room, fully functional kitchen with stove, microwave, a large fridge, double sinks, lots of cupboard space. Dishes, cutlery, pans, pots are available to share as well; as well as tables and chairs for dining. Storage space also available.
No parties- but guests allowed, quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM, no pets and no smokers (no problem if you do, just smoke away from the house premises.)
