UVic附近有一公寓房間一月起出租

轉租在頂樓最近裝修的共享公寓的房間從一月起至五月一號（也許到十一月可能）。有興趣的人請給我發訊息或短訊（２５０—５３２—５４１６）。

你覺得每天坐公車到UVic很麻煩麼？那幹嘛不住在走得到那裡的地方呢？這裡可能是對UVic的學生來說是個真好的地點！

這個公寓附近有三個很便利的地方：
A. 到Shelbourne街和Cedar Hill X (Cross)馬路只一個街區有Shelbourne Plaza和Shelbourne Village Square
超市和雜貨店：Fairway, Cobs Bread, 富士屋 [Fujiya]日本食物, Hodori 韓國食物, BC Liquor Store (賣酒的商店), Mac’s (便利店);

廚房有大櫃子（你有兩個櫃子和一個抽屜）和大洗碗池，還包括：冰箱，爐灶，小爐灶，威撥爐，烤麵包機，果汁機，電飯鍋，水壺，咖啡機，桌子與四個椅子，食具和炊具。

衛生間有結合浴缸和淋浴，大鏡子，大櫃檯。

客廳有陽台，還包括：沙發，兩個躺椅，茶几。

I am a non-religious Canadian mature student studying applied linguistics at UVic and can speak some Japanese and Mandarin Chinese.
