Convenient location: 310-830 Pembroke street, close to everything, downtown, crystal pool, bus routes and grocery store. It takes 24 minutes to get to Uvic by #4 bus
The apt is on the third floor, with good mountain view.
The on site manager is pretty nice, and he can help you get some free or cheap furniture.
I signed the contract at the beginning of September, however one friend invited me to share her condo, so I have to give up this apt.
