Effective date: July 9, 2012.

It will be a good idea to get a Pre-approved mortgage before July 9, if you prefer a lower mortgage payment under the 30-yr amortization.

Now go talk to your bank, and have this set up. Don't wait!

我觉得7月9日以后可以申请贷款的人少了，银行会降低利率增加竞争力的。
纯属个人理解，我不是金融业务人员，当然了，拿个 pre approved 倒没什么不好
