Guidelines for Category Level:

A Players excel in one of the four sports and compete

at the provincial level
" @1 \: l2 k! T5 M" FB Players train in at least one of the four sports
4 |+ J3 O' Q% Wand play regularly
Q( |" r$ e, U H& M! ZC Players play at a recreational level and haven’t competed

Tournament Format:
3 f8 O( D& P9 a& c- ?• Matches consist of 4 games – one in each discipline as

follows: Table Tennis, Badminton, Squash, Tennis

• Games are to 21 with a margin of 2 using rally point scoring
& @0 {( _0 [6 i(every point counts).
2 b& u+ T5 d, f: t$ p• Scores are cumulative; the winner has the highest score after
3 a ?9 b, D5 J" b5 vall 4 games played. In the event of a tie after all 4 games, 1

tennis point determines the winner.

• Players alternate serve every 2 points. A toss of the coin
" q- j( S) `! c* _6 k4 Gdetermines who serves first in table tennis, and then

alternates for each discipline.
