Guidelines for Category Level:
/ v, m6 D; e/ f, @ LA Players excel in one of the four sports and compete

at the provincial level
/ C+ h8 q* y6 [8 E% eB Players train in at least one of the four sports

and play regularly

C Players play at a recreational level and haven’t competed

. O3 ^- E4 }" J1 F3 G( p+ {• Matches consist of 4 games – one in each discipline as
+ p ~) b M+ D# E/ ~follows: Table Tennis, Badminton, Squash, Tennis
+ v; k1 f0 a9 c9 W• Games are to 21 with a margin of 2 using rally point scoring
0 k% _# t/ \( u7 ^; m5 M
(every point counts).
# t' e# o' A- w. |& A' h• Scores are cumulative; the winner has the highest score after
* J9 S# N& U- C' k. G& }all 4 games played. In the event of a tie after all 4 games, 1
) s K) x6 l: r8 D% ltennis point determines the winner.
& c7 B y0 u+ r# q• Players alternate serve every 2 points. A toss of the coin
" H2 K: x0 Q/ x+ o. N+ ldetermines who serves first in table tennis, and then
4 r2 O/ w( F2 r5 V
alternates for each discipline.
