Guidelines for Category Level:

A Players excel in one of the four sports and compete

at the provincial level

B Players train in at least one of the four sports

and play regularly

C Players play at a recreational level and haven’t competed

• Matches consist of 4 games – one in each discipline as
% s7 q T6 e' J9 c+ `follows: Table Tennis, Badminton, Squash, Tennis
8 T3 R& A0 y7 G4 K5 Z1 b# L4 d; y6 q: x
• Games are to 21 with a margin of 2 using rally point scoring
t% J1 p% b8 m$ U( _+ j
(every point counts).
3 W( u3 c& f" X4 @; ]• Scores are cumulative; the winner has the highest score after
0 X% O; _+ |& S
all 4 games played. In the event of a tie after all 4 games, 1
/ s3 k4 y8 i: X5 r: q2 |tennis point determines the winner.
$ [) Z) w+ f' D7 S3 W3 `• Players alternate serve every 2 points. A toss of the coin
1 z' ~7 W' y! idetermines who serves first in table tennis, and then
8 N4 f; z/ ]* P3 Y k6 zalternates for each discipline.
