My parents are coming this Friday from China. They'll enter custom from Vancouver. It's their first time coming to Canada, so they'll go through immigration as well.

Is there anything that they should watch for during the process? They dont speak English at all.... Btw, does anyone know if you pick up your luggage before you go through immigration or after?

There are Chinese translators at the airport, so it should not be a problem. And you need to go through immigration & customs before picking up the luggage.
