我三个月前申请的 CARECARD, 今天收到卡， 但是上面说要我在卡上的一个截止日期（12/14）之前打电话 不明白是什么意思？（CALL HEALTH INSURANCE BC BEFORE YOUR CARD EXPIRES PR OF YOU BECOME A PERMANENT RESIDENT)


这个已经激活了吗？ 还有 我改了地址收不到邮件怎么办呢？

Don't worry. I am working with MSP. BC Government just want to make sure if you are still eligible to stay BC by that date. The expire date should be same as your study permit date. Once you renew your study permit, you can either re-apply or call them to extend your carecard.

哇塞！有在那里工作的啊？那个啥 给我寄来了卡 但是没说钱的事儿啊 这个卡怎么交钱啊？。。。。 我也是新来的留学生。。。。问题比较弱智。。表介意。。。

另外看见有些新来的，请楼上那位专业人士帮着确认一下，记得好像医疗卡需要一段时间以后才有效吧，但忘了要多长时间。
