我想在圣诞的时候去英国玩，可是不知道去哪里办签证。也不知道怎么办。

If you are a Canadian citizen, you do *not* need a visa to visit UK.  If you are a Chinese citizen, you DO need a visa. Here is the link that may be helpful:

In April when I go to UK, I had to submit the application form on-line and went over to Vancouver to get the fingerprints gathered.

想当年去的时候, 可是唧唧歪歪签了一个大英帝国的证...

Victoria应该可以办签证吧, 怎么说也是BC的省府啊
