今年春天去了downtown 的一家按摩诊所。 第一次去时没有带 care card. paid the full amount with Visa. at the 2 nd time I toke the care card with me, but the girl told me that she did not know how to make the deduction happen. But she told me she would hand this over to the office manager to do this for me and paid my money back. Then I h been very busy for the following time. Now when I was tiding up all the document for the 2008 I realized that they still had not done that for me. l called them , they told me it was too late and there was nothing they can do for me.
钱不是多， 就40 刀而已， 但感觉非常不爽， 像是被骗过而且对方一点歉意也没有， 各位知道有没有申诉的地方？多谢了。
